WARRANTY
• Castles Interior will honor its warranty when :
➢ The product supplied and installed is properly maintained used for normal domestic use.
➢ The product is still owned by the original purchaser.
➢ The warranty of the product has not expired yet.
Castles Interiors warranty does not include :
➢ Any labour, installation or transportation costs or any responsibility for damage that castles interior consider as natural wear and tear finishes.
➢ Any product used or installed in conjugation with castle interior kitchen/wardrobe/modular storage such as electrical & plumbing, countertops and appliances.
• Castles Interiors will not be held responsible for any claims arising out of defects due to material.

• Castles Interiors does not cover natural wear and tear or damage caused by rough handling or using the product beyond its intended use.

• Notify Castles Interiors via phone/email within 30 days of any defect that comes to notice such as visual damage or malfunctioning component. Notification post the stipulated time will violate castles interior warranty.
• Any decision regarding repair of said component solely lies with the authorized castles interior representative. The decision will be made following an inspection by representative whether to repair at site, or return the product.
PRICE VALIDITY :
• The exact price of your project will depend on measurements, scope of work and change in designs/material/finishes. Based on these revisions, you can expect the quote value to rise or drop by approximately 5-10%.
• Based on your initial discussion with castles interior representatives, you shall make an initial payment of either 5% of quote value or either 10% of quote value according to castles interior representative choice.
PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS :
• Initial Payment ➢ 5% of Quote Value
• After Finalizing Design ➢ 30% of Quote Value
• 1st Installment ➢ 30% of Quote Value
• 2nd Installment ➢ 35% of Quote Value
• Rest of the amount has to be cleared within the last day of work.

N.B.
• For booking an order with Castles Interiors, your quote value should include a minimum of INR 70,000. Incase the quote value having woodwork less than INR 70,000 the same shall not be accepted.
​
• The initial estimates may not include civil, plumbing, gas-piping or electrical work. The exact value of the quote will depend on the site conditions.
